El Rosario and El Caimanero Lagoon
During this tour you will get to know the famous gold mining town of El Rosario and its magnificent church with an incredible gold shrine. Visit the museum dedicated to local and famous singer Lola Beltran, the ruins of the old church built in 1750´s, the old Spanish cemetery and time to enjoy a delicious lunch. On the way to the paradise beach of El Caimanero, you will see hundreds of wading birds feeding on the shallow waters, the immense mango orchards, the chili pepper fields and the shrimp farms.
